Each ad is automatically upgraded to become a 'featured' ad - which places your ad above the 'standard' ads
This is the most cost-effective route for when you plan on having multiple ads
Post your jobs as needed, anytime within 12 months of purchase

* With a subscription, each ad is treated as a 'slot'. This way when your are purchasing (for example) a 10-pak subscription you are not only purchasing 10 postings but 10 slots - which is much more valuable.
What that means is you can have up to 10 different job postings running at any one time. Let's say you initially post all 10 jobs. Next week you fill 2 of those positions so you can now delete those two postings, and add two more new ones at no additional charge. And this continues on for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase!
